At Loft minimale we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we do our best to accommodate all clients. However, last-minute cancellations or no-shows can have a significant impact on our business and other clients who may have been interested in booking that same time slot.
Therefore, we have established the following policy for last-minute cancellations or no-shows:
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to the client.
For no-shows, a fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged to the client.
Clients who have a history of last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be required to provide a credit card or deposit to secure future appointments.
We understand that emergencies happen, and we will make exceptions for extenuating circumstances such as illness or a death in the family. We kindly ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you
If there is dissatisfaction with your
service and/or a request to make a
change, I am willing to make
adjustments or modifications to your
color within 7 days of service.
These modifications include: toning
/root shadows/corrective retouch.
There will be no compromising the
integrity of the hair to achieve any
further results requested in these
circumstances.

pricing is quoted upon my knowledge,
experience, all materials, and time.

If you refuse to pay, your card will be automatically charged full service amount + tax with the card on file used to book the appointment.
